All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must request the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Products
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products once opened:
- Opened supplements including Amino Acids, Probiotics, Fish Oils & Essential Fatty Acids, and all wellness products
- Personal care items from our Body Care collection that have been opened
- Aromatherapy products that have been used
We can only accept returns of these items if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return shipping label (if applicable)

- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return

Exchange Process
For exchanges:

- Clearly state the product you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect items
- We’ll arrange for replacement shipping at no cost to you
